Choosing your cap
The cap is the foundation of your wig. It decides how you can part, style and wear your hair, and how natural it looks up close. Every 24th Hue cap comes with glueless straps that hold the wig securely in place, so glue is always optional.
Here are our four caps, from the simplest to the most versatile.
The Beginner Cap
A small section of lace at the front, with the rest of the cap made from wefts (rows of hair sewn onto the cap). It’s quick to put on, easy to care for and needs very little styling.
Ideal for: low manipulation, first-time wig wearers, and anyone who prefers to wear their hair down.
The Lace Front Cap
Lace runs across the front from ear to ear, giving you a natural-looking hairline that you can style. The back of the cap is wefted.
Ideal for: styling the front of your hair, sweeping it back or to the side, and changing your parting, while wearing the back down.
The All-Rounder Cap
Lace from ear to ear at the front and lace all round the back, with wefts in the middle. Because the hairline looks natural at both the front and the nape, you can pull your hair up without glue.
Ideal for: ponytails, half-up styles and updos, with the ease of a wefted crown.
The Full Lace Cap
Lace all round with no wefts. Every strand is knotted individually into the lace, which makes the cap light, breathable and completely flexible.
Ideal for: total styling freedom. Part it anywhere, wear it high, low or all the way up.
